Allyson Fattore Ally Fattore has 25+ years of professional experience includes business and retail banking, commercial and real estate lending, staff development as well as territory growth and client relationship management. She started her banking career as a personal banker, Assistant Vice President and promoted to positions of increasing responsibilities; rose to Senior Vice President. She has worked primarily in Oakland for major big banks as well as independent local community banks. Currently she works at Sunwest Bank in downtown Oakland. She has been associated with EBWIBR since 2003 and is currently the C0- Chair. |

Kim Y. Arnone Kim Arnone is a senior attorney at Katovich & Kassan Law Group in Oakland. Kim has more than 15 years of experience counseling and representing businesses in trade secrets, employment, contract, financing and general business disputes. Her firm works with clients including small- and medium-sized businesses and start-ups in every phase of development. Katovich & Kassan has expertise in entity formation and creative financing and security offerings and continues to represent its clients by addressing legal issues that arise through ongoing operations. |

Amanda Medina Amanda Medina joined the Chamber in May 2011 and has brought operations, event management, and social media experience to the Chamber. She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration & Affairs with an emphasis in Public Policy from CSU East Bay, a B.S. in Health Science from CSU East Bay, and is a 2012 Leadership Oakland graduate. Amanda is responsible for the planning and execution of the Chamber’s major fundraising events, as well as the Chamber's online communications. She is also the staff liaison for the Ambassador Committee, Young Professionals and the East Bay Women in Business Roundtable. |

Elsie Lum Elsie has served on the EBWIBR steering committee for the past 15 years, currently as co-chair and Chamber Board member in 2009-2011, joining the Chamber after opening the Alameda County Training & Education/Conference Center. Her passion is to develop women and business. She currently markets her unique Oakland meeting space, facilitates programs such as conflict resolution, diversity /managing generations, priority/time management, and provides consultation and coaching to organizations. |
