The Oakland Retail Advisory Committee (ORAC) was formed in April of 2010 and includes a diverse range of experienced retail leasing and development professionals who regularly meet and share ideas with key stakeholders to support efforts consistent with the City of Oakland’s Retail Enhancement Strategy as adopted by City Council in 2009. ORAC meetings are typically held on the third Friday of each month at 9:30am. For more information on this group, please email the committee chair.
