Oakland Retail Advisory and Land Use Committee
ORAC & OLUC
The Oakland Retail Advisory Committee (ORAC) was formed in April 2010, and includes a diverse range of experienced retail leasing and development professionals who regularly meet and share ideas with key stakeholders to support efforts consistent with the City of Oakland’s Retail Enhancement Strategy, as adopted by City Council in 2009.
The Oakland Land Use Committee (OLUC) was formed in 2012 to facitilate the higest and best use of land and development in Oakland and beyond, tackling topics such as CEQA reform, and Historic Presentation. In 2014 these two groups combined to form a 'Super Group' poised to tackle all the issues together. For more information on this group, please contact the Chamber.
