It is with a very heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of Tom Guarino on December 30th from COVID. Having worked in Public Affairs for PGE for close to 20 years as well as CEO of not one but two Chamber’s in Northern California, Tom was a dedicated member of our Chamber family and a giant presence in Oakland.
